Rival challenge: 747
GOAL
Perform as many rounds as possible within 15-minutes.
Equipment: Stopwatch or clock with second hand.

Complete all the required reps before moving on to the next exercise.
7 SQUATS
4 Burpees
7 Pushups

Rival challenge: 20-MINUTES IN HELL
Goal: Perform as many rounds as possible in 20-minutes.
Equipment: Stopwatch or clock with second hand.

Complete all the required reps before moving on to the next exercise. When you finish one full round start over (until time runs out), rest as needed.

Challenge/Goal: Complete 3 rounds in under 15 minutes

Perform all exercises in the sequence shown below. Do each move for 20 seconds before moving onto the next exercise. Try to complete this circuit 3-times in under 15-minutes
